On the ground floor, the house is taken outside thanks to large windows overlooking the garden, which create a unique and extraordinary relationship with the landscape surrounding the plot.
Access to the house is via the first floor, which is a double-height space that connects the first floor, ground floor, and garden.
The most private rooms of the house are on the first floor, comprising four en-suite bedrooms. A longitudinal distributor separates the main bedroom from the rest. The entrance hall welcomes you to a room of more than 38 square metres with a dressing room, bathroom, and bedroom. The remaining bedrooms are on the opposite wing, all with en-suite bathrooms.
The porch with masonry wall in the garden is used as a connecting thread to integrate the exterior and interior. The swimming pool reflects the Mediterranean landscape and refreshes the exterior.
The design of the space, the play of materials and the range of colours are essential in the home. Straight lines, 90-degree angles and order. Wood, glass and masonry. White, stone and, of course, green. Design elements that organise and optimise the interior make the spaces more flexible and change the relationship with the environment.
