A project built through traditional construction can take 18-24 months to complete. With Ubiko, this time is reduced to 12-15 months without compromising quality. In addition, the house's structure is executed in an average of 5 days.
Return on investment. It is a faster construction system than traditional construction, so you can recover your investment quickly. It also frees resources up faster for other projects of interest.
With industrialised construction, costs are much more studied, controlled, predictable and stable. Indirect costs generated by material displacements, stockpiling and unnecessary movements are reduced considerably.
Industrialising construction reduces acoustic, visual, and waste impacts. Standardised processes and the concentration of the construction process in one industrial plant optimise and minimise the use of energy and materials.
