Up79 | Llucmajor

A contemporary home where industrialised construction translates into Mediterranean calm.
In Llucmajor, this single-family home is set into the landscape with clarity and restraint.
Its programme, organised over two floors, is expressed through simple geometric forms and well-proportioned spaces. The architecture is designed to blend in naturally. The material palette, featuring warm, earthy tones, reinforces this calm integration within the Mediterranean setting.
The project uses the Ubiko system of 2D prefabricated concrete.
This industrialised solution defines both the structure and the envelope. Rather than being a constraint, this construction logic brings precision and continuity. The result is an architecture of clean lines, carefully resolved junctions and a consistent order.
From the outside, the house appears contained, almost hermetic. Access is through a more enclosed volume that protects privacy and creates a gradual arrival. After passing through it, the house opens completely towards the garden.
Ground floor programme.
The ground floor is organised as a single continuous space in which the day area unfolds openly, without hierarchy. Large windows dissolve boundaries, allowing light and the exterior to become an active part of the interior. The swimming pool, aligned with the house, is perceived as a natural extension of the living space, seamlessly integrating into everyday life.

Inside, everything responds to the same idea of calm.
Natural light flows through the rooms and rests on a neutral material palette — timber, soft textiles and continuous surfaces — bringing warmth without distraction. Elements such as the light staircase or integrated benches appear discreetly, reinforcing an architecture that is understood more through suggestion than emphasis.
First floor programme.
The first floor accommodates the more private uses. The bedrooms, including the main suite, and bathrooms are arranged around circulation spaces that maintain overall clarity. The rooms open onto terraces and balconies, extending the house outwards and allowing a more intimate relationship with the landscape.
Here, industrialised construction shapes the project’s character.
The system’s precision, control in execution and coherence create a serene home where technique and space coexist naturally. Constructional precision becomes spatial quality and an effortless way of living.
