Construction system
At Ubiko, we replace conventional brick with load-bearing walls of industrialised concrete. We make made-to-measure projects: each piece is studied, designed and manufactured in a completely personalised way.
Ubiko is an example of good architecture that is not at odds with industrialisation. On the contrary, they go hand in hand. We build from a 2D industrialised concrete system in structure and envelope, applying the system’s advantages to offer the desired quality, control, and execution speed in each project.

How do we work?
We design each project from scratch, starting with a 2D precast concrete system that acts as a structural element and architectural envelope.
All Phase 1 elements are manufactured in the factory and comply with all quality and product traceability certificates. Once produced, they are stored on pallets and transported to the construction site for subsequent assembly.
The features of each project are chosen together with the client before work begins, giving them personality and uniqueness.
The houses are assembled on-site following a work schedule studied down to the last millimetre. The assembly of the structure and envelope takes one week, and the completion of the building work takes approximately eight months.
Careful, coherent and sustainable architecture aligned with current environmental needs.
All our homes are turnkey, covering all phases of the process, from the initial design through the processing of building permits and all the necessary documentation to the construction in its entirety, guaranteeing that all the requirements are met.
Energy efficiency
A team of technicians studies each project to ensure it is sustainable and energy efficient. To achieve this purpose, we combine passive architecture with insulation systems in parameters, roofs, and carpentry.
