The living area, dining room, and kitchen are adapted and converted into outdoor spaces, making the Mediterranean landscape part of the interior design. Toilet, pantry, laundry room, and storage room complete the rooms on the ground floor.
The staircase leads to the first floor where the most private rooms of the house are located, comprising four en-suite bedrooms. A longitudinal distributor separates the main bedroom from the rest.
The entrance hall welcomes us to a room of more than 38 square metres that also has a dressing room, bathroom, and bedroom. In the opposite wing, we find the remaining bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and one with an adjacent dressing room.
In the garden, the porch with masonry wall is used as a connecting thread to integrate the exterior and interior. The swimming pool reflects the Mediterranean landscape and refreshes the exterior.
