Getting used to calm and peace is not that difficult. Especially in a spacious house that is, beyond its garden, set out to make you feel you are in an idyllic oasis.

The plot is located in a Mallorcan residential area, very close to the sea, under the premise of maintaining a part of the preexisting forested area, and thus respecting the integrity of the island’s landscape.

The main access, which runs along the east side of the plot, traces a small path until reaching the wooded area, with native vegetation and materials. It is there where the road makes a break facing a small pond with a waterfall running through a wall made with local stones.

The house is made up of three intertwined volumes, whose joint core forms a vacuum that channels a vertical contact. The two main volumes divide the house into levels, splitting day and night areas, which are connected by double height spaces. The secondary volume is indirectly linked to the access through a parking space, so that it remains camouflaged at the backside of the plot, between the house and the forested area.

There is a constant relationship between the interior and exterior spaces throughout each point of the house. This is generated through patios of abundant vegetation and through a direct connection of the day area with the swimming pool.
