With a hermetic exterior appearance, the patio and the huge rear windows generate an incredible luminosity and sobriety in this house.

The space composition, together with the structural design based on precast concrete panels, achieves a perfect integration into the context. This additionally gives it a much more modern air than that of nearby buildings. Based on this philosophy, a single volume fits into the ground surrounding a central courtyard, which provides light and distributes it from the upper floor all the way into the basement.

Next to the house entrance, an English courtyard descends to assist the central patio with natural light of the basement, where the warehouse, the cellar, and an additional surrounding living room are located.

The house distribution adapts to the singularities of the plot. The front main facade is set back, offering a passage through an open unbuilt area, which can be used for a wide variety of uses.

The setback of the rear facade, under the terrace of the master bedroom, structures a large porch that connects the exterior garden area, including the pool, with the spatial continuity that the interior provides. In this way a perfect space is set up to enjoy the Mediterranean breeze during the summer days.
