Our story originates from the simple purpose
of building projects that are unlike any other.

There is a constructive revolution going on, determined to change the concept that society has had so far about construction. From Viraje arquitectura S.L. we decided to create Ubiko, our own brand of homes that uses precast concrete systems as a construction base.

The world demands constructive systems with an ever-increasing degree of control and guarantee, and we see in precast concrete systems the answer to these concerns. There are already some who do not conceive construction in a different way any longer. Through Ubiko we turn this demand into a reality.
